A. Our sales team are experts in emergency power and can help you size a system over the phone in many cases or can come to your home for full site inspections and quote.

Q. What maintenance does the iPower system require?
A. The system has no moving parts and requires only an annual check. This can be completed within an hour.

Q. Where does the iPower system get install?
A. Since our system is emission free it can be installed anywhere. The batteries are placed in a tower about the size of a large filing cabinet and in the inverters are mounted on a wall. This allows for convenient installation in a basement or garage. Typically our customers place the unit in their utility room near all the infrastructure of the home. The optimum location is one that’s dry and temperature stays between 32 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q. How long does an installation take?
A. The iPower system takes approximately 1 full day to install. We will deliver and install the system and a licensed electrician will connect it to your home. The coordination is minimal since we are also project managers we insure that everything is done correctly, safely and within a timely manner. The only person you would have to work with is our representative.

Q. Does the iPower system integrate with renewable energy?
A. Of course! Renewable energy is a wonderful and fascinating technology. Our system is designed to accept power from a solar array, wind turbine, and even hydro-turbine to recharge the batteries. A few additional parts and design would be needed but it’s not a problem to do. Our engineers are experienced with these installations so all you need to do is tell us what you would like to do and we’ll get it done.
